Gym & PT Facilities
We have a gym onsite with classes 6 days a week and personal training sessions available on requests.
We also work with a nutritionist so if you would like to bring your pool side body back home with you she is available on request to really nail home those hours spent in the gym.
Our on site gym is run by GJ Hill of The Fitness Lab.
He has been in the industry over 12 years and has had a big involvement with high performance sport in Australia and New Zealand. He currently helps a wide demographic young and old. From teenage sports teams to elderly who want to keep the weight off and remain fit and strong.
Programming for any level is his strength whether you do not train at all or train at an elite level he can help you. Whatever your goal he can help and would love to see you achieve your goals.
